As managing director and member of the board, Ann Maes’s mission is to manage a strong and inspirational organization. This role includes growing the business and building specialist services.

Ann specialises in creative content, context marketing and corporate communication - including (social) crisis, internal and change communications. She is providing counsel to (inter)national clients in the food, retail, healthcare, banking, technology and FMCG arena.

Ann works with creative thinkers from across the globe to create new communication tools and platforms. She is a fierce advocate of creative work and has been on the jury of international award shows (Eurobest and Cannes). She has spoken at several conferences on behavioral models, content and context. She is a speechwriter and lectures on reputation management and creative communication.

Ann started her career as a journalist – but quickly moved on to become a communications planner and manager. She set up her own PR agency in 2003 that was acquired by TBWA. Over the years Ann’s teams have raffled a wide array of national and international prizes, including 4 Cannes Lions (TBWA Brussels and Ogilvy Brussels).
