He is a holder of a prestigious FILIP award for his outstanding contribution to the Slovak advertising industry - the most creative person of the year by the Art Directors Club Slovakia. He is also winner of the Cyber Young Lion Award from Cannes Lions.

Michal graduated from the Department of Marketing Communication at the Comenius University in Bratislava and he is a member of Art Directors Club  Slovakia. He lectures at several universities and he provides training on communication for local as well as multinational marketing teams.
